The recent feedback on leveling during the last PTR has been overwhelmingly positive, with players expressing satisfaction regarding the game's leveling speed.


Blizzard is committed to enhancing the variety of activities available for both leveling and endgame experiences, with plans to bolster the rewards associated with these activities.


Regarding the current meta in season 8, Blizzard feels it is fairly balanced overall. However, they noted that the Lightning Spear Sorceress is somewhat overpowered, while Spiritborn appears to be underperforming.


A key goal for class balance is that any well-constructed build should have the capability to succeed in Torment 4.


Concerns were raised about the Overpower ability, which is considered too dominant. The developers aim to reduce the additive damage scaling by approximately 80%.
