Andre Onana is a professional football (soccer) player from Cameroon. He was born on April 2, 1996, in Nkol Ngok, Cameroon. Onana is primarily a goalkeeper and is known for his agility, shot-stopping abilities, and composure under pressure.
Onana began his youth career at the Samuel Eto'o Foundation, where he developed his skills as a goalkeeper. In 2010, he joined the youth academy of Barcelona in Spain, where he honed his abilities under the guidance of the renowned La Masia training system. In 2015, Onana made a move to the Dutch club Ajax. He initially played for their reserve team, Jong Ajax, but quickly progressed to the senior squad.
